Did anyone else face the same issue?
I have a big amount (over 1400+) of games and applications on the account. More than two weeks ago my Quest 2 stopped working.
First it was not allowing me to run anything that was already installed on a headset. Later after factory reset all I can access it only to browse the Quest store from within the headset. I can see the games/apps as being purchased, but the button is greyed out showing "purchased", but no install option.
Then the Quest 3 came and even a fresh from factory Quest 3 behaves the same.
Fresh Quest 2 and Quest 3 is constantly trying to load the application library list (the wheel is spinning for hours and nothing changes).
I found another person on reddit forum that also has big amount (1400+) of applications on account and is also facing the same issue. This person created a fresh account and run Quest 3 on it - it worked. The conclusion is that this is something with the account and Quest firmware.
I also managed to gather adb log (enabled developer mode and run adb logcat command), and it is evident that the ContentLibrary loader is constantly crashing trying to load a list of applications.
When I buy anything now, I can't see my library list to be updated with the newly purchased game/app, it is only seen as purchased from the Quest store (being logged) as greyed out "purchase" button.
I exhausted all the steps that support was providing me, now all I am told is to just wait.
Third week of waiting already started.
Please let me know if anyone else is affected by the same issue.
I am hopeless as I don't even know how much more I will need to wait for a fix (if any).
I already spent a big amount of money on VR content on Quest store and am active in VR community and was always encouraging my friends to step into VR.
All I am left with is being pushed over and over by support and not even having a chance to enjoy a Quest 3 premiere when everyone else is enjoying it.

Yes, it is finally working for me! What I think made the difference was unlinking facebook and instagram from my Meta account. Use only the meta account to login. Also it was not immediate and took some days to work. I think it takes up to 15 days for the other accounts to unlink unless you request support to do so quicker. Let me know if this works for you.
