Hey everyone,
About a week ago I was trying to get into horizons and this message “device update” in progress popped up. I left it and a couple days later it was still saying the same thing. I checked my settings and there was no update on my oculus 2. My friends suggested to leave it for a couple days because maybe it was a glitch and it would be fixed on its own. Horizons was the only app that wasn’t working for me at this point. After waiting a couple of days, my friends suggested to do a factory reset which I did and now I can’t access my vr account whatsoever and when I try to access my account through the app it comes up with the message “this account cannot be accessed” even though I can get on to horizons on mobile and my friends still see my profile which means I’m not blocked or that my profile is deactivated 😞 I’m really upset with this and I don’t know what to do to fix this problem. If anyone can help I would gladly appreciate it
