Hi everyone!
I've tryed multiple times to activate my Meta Quest+ 3 months trial. I tryed starting the activation process from Quest 3 headset and also from my mobile phone.
It is also weird that it takes me to my bank app where I'm asked to pay 7.99$. I've even tryed to accept it and pay it... 5 times at least... The app just quits when I try to pay for it, or it does not navigate anywhere from the Quest+ order.
I've also checked my subscriptions in browser, on my account page.
Look what does it say: "Your 3 Months Trial subscription to Meta Quest+ for Meta Horizon Store will be updated to the monthly subscription of Meta Quest+ when your subscription renews on Dec 31, 1969."
1969? That's nonsense...
Please not that I have a very old registration, I've started with Oculus. But when I was asked, merge my Oculus account with facebook, I did that. (I have a valid facebook account, I've never been banned and facebook never took any action aganst me).
I'm very frustrated since I've been asked to pay 7.99$ multiple times and I've even tryed it, I'm not sure if I've been charged or not in the end.
Also, it's 2024. nov. 30. and I'm afraid I'll be running out of the promotion. 😥
