My son is 12 years old and I created a Meta account for him. But because he is only 12, he is not allowed to do anything with it. So, I have to add him to my Parent Control.
During this process, I have to confirm I am a parent above 18 years. This is done via a CreditCard payment because there are no other possibilities. I have done the payment now 3 times already, and every time I get an error "Something went wrong" and I can not continue any more.
Can anybody help me? I tried several times, but nothing helps and I can not add my son to my account.
