I can't add my son to the occulus I have tried reseting everything went through all accounts for privacy everyone else in family can add him but I can't getting tired of trying to play a game with my son should not be this complicated after paying what I did for this system he's only person I play games with so I'd like this problem resolved idc if you gotta program it yourself so he's on my friends list

So that we can get to the bottom of your situation, can you tell us the following?
When you're attempting to add him, are you getting an error message? If so, can you send us a copy?
Is this the process you're using to add him as a friend?
To add someone as a friend in Horizon Worlds:
Look at your wristband and select the Horizon menu.
Select the People tab and find the person you want to add.
Select the Three Dot icon near their name, then select Add Friend
So we don't repeat the troubleshooting you have already done, can you list what you have done so far?

I've tried using the three dots, I've did rests on occulus,tried Changing mine and his settings making sure those were set correctly still can't add if was something as simple as adding someone I would have but it refuses to even let me see a friend button

Have you migrated your account into a Meta account?
Do you have parental supervision enabled on your headset?
Is your headset up-to-date?
Have you or your friends recently changed your profiles from Public to Private? (or vice-versa)
Are you able to send them an Invite to Party?
Can you or your friends see each others Activity or Active Status?
Have you checked your blocked profiles?

So I can’t add my friend back on oculus, we unadded each other before. This time she sent me a follow request and I accepted it but it won’t let me send her a follow request back

Do any errors come up when you are trying to add someone as a friend? If so, could you please provide a picture or screenshot?
Are you trying to add them through the headset, or the mobile app?
Are you trying to add
Are other people able to add you as a friend?
Have you tried rebooting your headset?
Hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds, then after about 30 seconds, turn the headset back on.
Please provide as much information as you can about what you are experiencing. Once we have more information, we will be able to better assist you!

There is no error when I’m trying to add them, I have tried adding them back on both the headset and mobile phone, I’m trying to add them back. They are able to add me and send me party invites, and I have tried to reboot my headset multiple times
By any chance have you tried to factory reset the headset? Or rebooted the headset? Also, when you are trying to add someone as a friend is it telling you any error on screen?
