Can't add my payment method

I've been trying to add my new card as a payment method and apparently I've made a couple typo mistakes and it wouldn't go through. I was confused so I re-entered the information correctly and now due to "Security concerns" I can't add my card. This card is has my same name as my another payment method. What security concerns? I just wanted to spend my money. Do you want my money or not? and your **bleep**ty way of trying to find help, is really starting to piss me off, I just wanna chuck my oculus out the **bleep** window.

The User Experience for the Oculus is absolutely horrendous. Oculus hardware and OS is A **bleep**ING PIECE OF **bleep**

Hi @GorAsgardian! Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with Meta. We're sorry this issue is ongoing for you and we would love to get this resolved for you! In order to do so, please let us know if you attempted the following steps for adding a new payment card to your account?

  1. Try to add a payment method to the account from the Meta Quest mobile app
    1. If not successful via the App, try by logging into the Meta account website and navigating to Other Settings > Payment Methods.
    2. If not successful, try using a different browser.
       
  2. Try adding the payment method from another device completely (another computer, phone, or tablet.)
     
  3. Try adding the payment method from within virtual reality by using the headset.
     
  4. Try adding the payment method while connected to a different network (another Wi-Fi network or a cellular data connection on a phone, if available).
    • Some non-residential networks may cause this issue. (for example, business, public, government, military, etc.)
    • Certain network security settings may cause this issue, even on residential networks for example, antivirus, firewall, proxy, router-specific settings).

We've seen these steps help people out in the past with the same issue you're having. We're hoping that they will do the same for you.
