Can't add payment method

I've tried putting money in my account for two hours now and it still won't work. I'm using a VISA gift card and I can't add payment method. It's not inactive, there's nothing wrong with the card itself. It's your app not letting me put money into my account. I contacted your help support and it was no help, we were "helped" by this guy called Adeed. He told us to factory reset my headset and we did. It still didn't help. Not to mention he ended the conversation before it was fixed. Meta your team is not helping any of us at all. This is not a new issue because I see reports of this happening in 2022. And you still don't have this fixed yet? This is getting ridiculous and tiring. Get your act together.

Hey there, @ReedDestroyer! Thank you for keeping us updated. We do not like to hear that you had a bad experience. We strive to make sure that we provide the best customer support for our Meta Quest users. We would like to make sure that the gift card you are using has a billing address that is associated with that gift card and that you will be able to reload funds back onto it. Many gift cards do not meet both of these criteria, which would cause an issue with the card being added. We do suggest that you try another payment method.
