Can't buy anything on Meta Store for months due to "unusual activity" on my account

Hi, as for March I can't buy anything on Meta Store. I have a certain amount of Quest Cash on my account (from reflinks) but every time I try to use it, I get an error about blocked payment due to "unusual activity" on my account.

I tried to buy games with Quest Cash, PayPal, and three different credit cards, and Meta threw me this error for four months straight. I tried to contact the support several times but in no vein, they asked me for a lot of personal information (such as photos of ID cards side-by-side with credit cards connected to my account), and every time I delivered them, they ghosted me and stopped responding to my texts.

 

So my Quest 2 is a paperweight and I'm just missing out on another sale where I won't be able to buy the games I'm interested in again. I am so tired of fighting this battle, has anyone found a solution to this "unusual" problem?

I have not seen this type of issues but try to contact Meta again. Meta do be offline so an another admin rank will respond to you. But the only thing I can do is contact Meta and make sure your quest cash has enough money to buy the headset.

Well, I got in touch, and to no surprise, Meta support has ghosted me again after I gave you every private information you requested. It's been seven days since someone replied to my messages.
