I am trying to buy a game but I am not able to buy anymore.
There is an error message after the payment request is sent. This did not happen in the past. How can I fix it and buy games again? Lat

please note that I already contacted my credit card provider. It stated that the issue is on the website side.

Sorry but I have to complain. The support service replied that in order to be helped I needed:
1. to provide some details about my credit card
2. To provide details I already provided in this forum and that they wont read the post
If your company really wants to help customers, such answers are not acceptable. Your customer support must have access and read what a customer has already written in the forum.
On top of that the discount price already expired. For the time being I am not interested to buy any game at full price.

As I am back in the land where I received my credit card, the error message changed. So Meta is not able to accept my credit card and is suggesting me to have a different credit card in order to be able to buy further games. Not a smart customer service, I would say. I dont want to look for a new payment method just because your IT is not able to interface with my credit card anymore. So I cant buy new games and I am losing all the good deals you are offering because of the bad service provided.

The customer service keeps asking me to use a different payment method. Is this a realistic solution for someone having already bought more than 500 euro in your videogames with this card and still willing to spend more on them?
I already bought other goods with that card on amazon and tickets on ryanair. So I dont see why you are not able to fix this problem of your and ask your customer to request a different card just because you are not able to fix this issue! Do you expect me to request a further card just to buy your videogames? really?
