Can't calculate tax on order.

I received my Oculus Quest unit this week. This is my first Oculus product.. Setup went smoothly. Went to purchase several apps but the Oculus store said they couldn't calculate the tax  (see image below)

I submitted a support ticket but no response at the time of this post. Did an online chat with customer support but they couldn't determine the issue.

I have a great Quest unit, that I can't purchase any apps as of yet.

I am US based. I tried using both PayPal and Credit Card for payment methods. As far as I could determine, there is not a billing/shipping address section in the user profile. I did purchase the unit thru Oculus and it was shipped to my home. That is the only time I was asked for an address.

Any help or insight into solving this problem is appreciated.

I also faced the same kinda issue for calculating my university percentage. Then I use GWA Calcualtor, It helped me a lot to solve this issue. You should also give it a try.
