Can’t cast to Vizio TV with built in chrome cast

We hate to see that you are having issues with the casting feature on your headset @Ashstine89. We hope to find a solution and get you casting as soon as possible.

We were wondering if you had previously been able to cast to this TV and if you had used other devices on the TV such as your phone.

In the meantime try the following to see if you can get the headset running smoothly:

  • Restart your headset, phone and your casting device.
  • Check for software updates on your headset, phone and your casting device.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.

To troubleshoot your Chromecast device, visit Google's Chromecast Help page.

This is an ignorant response. Has this process actually resolved the cast problem for anyone. And as if we ALL haven’t tried that before searching the web. Get real solutions. Do an update if you need to. Put some effort into solving our problem instead of some generic answer every tech troubleshooter gives any time there’s an issue.
