I typo'd and put the wrong birthdate for my son's account and now he is a "child" account. I need to change it to be correctly as teen, but the site will not let me change it. Also, when I try to contact support (as it gives me a link to) it errors and goes to "page not found". When contacting support they say there is absolutely nothing they can do (?!)
All I want is to correct the birthdate -- reset the date, so I can change it or something!
If I can't do this, I want to turn off parental supervision, but I can't do that either! I am highly frustrated. please help
I'm stuck here too, i put in the wrong age for my son trying to set up everything and when i got the family control center to change his birthday, it just gives an error and says to contact support.
Nope, they said they cannot change it, they cannot reset it or anything at all. I will have to create a new account completely and repurchase games we already bought! A horrible system
I’m regretting buying this thing more and more. If I had known how awful their customer service is, what a piece of garbage the merchandise is and how one can’t change something so simple - I would have never bought one.

This issue has not been fixed yet as I am currently dealing with the same issue, it set up my son's account with the wrong year. His date of birth is 1-13-2009 and in the mobile app it says 1-13-2012 and now we can not change it which now he isn't able to play any games at all because it says he is a child account. I need to be able to enable developer mode as well for him so that he is able to play all the full free VR games he has downloaded but it only allows him to play short 5 min demo games.

Hey there @Lindsey1990.33! At this time, we are unable to change the date of birth for you, the only way to update the date of birth is by logging in here. If you encounter an error, please be advised that we are looking into the issue. We appreciate you for understanding. While we can't guarantee anything, plenty of ideas that gained traction with the community on our Ideas board were implemented into future updates to help improve the user experience of our community as a whole. Umm I still am unable to change his birthday, I have tried every option it states I am unable to make the change and it just keeps saying to contact meta quest support team!
