I typo'd and put the wrong birthdate for my son's account and now he is a "child" account. I need to change it to be correctly as teen, but the site will not let me change it. Also, when I try to contact support (as it gives me a link to) it errors and goes to "page not found". When contacting support they say there is absolutely nothing they can do (?!)
All I want is to correct the birthdate -- reset the date, so I can change it or something!
If I can't do this, I want to turn off parental supervision, but I can't do that either! I am highly frustrated. please help

unfortunately submitting a ticket requires me to click through menus that have absolutely nothing to do with the problem i'm having. Even fully deleting my kids account and restarting isn't an option... this is a pretty terrible way of managing an account.

Still after all this time the issue persists. Please fix this Meta. This is terrible support. Having all your users jump through hoops to simply change a birthdate. I've opened multiple support cases and private messaged support here, which is a terrible system. Why do we have to private message another support team to look at the actual support ticket? Where is the original support team supporting support tickets? Or are they simply not human and giving generic system generated responses that I've only received thus far? Not only that, private messaging support here with all the info and ticket number doesn't get you anywhere. They simply stall and ask for the same info I've already provided. Get it together...

I have just got off from contacting support via chat, and have been assigned a case number. They acknowledged this is a known issue and are working to resolve. No ETA for resolution. Not sure why this is so difficult either. The backend programming of this system is horrible.
I have tried repeatedly and cannot update my son's birthdate. I'm amazed I actually got this far - @MetaQuestSupport ... any chance I can get some help?

Hey there, @jmass12! We would love to help you change a birthday on your account. We want to help you get the birthday updated as soon as possible so your son can get back to playing his device like it was intended to be played. Here are the steps for you to be able to change your son's birthday. the link will also show you how to change it on a desktop or mobile browser.
Change your birthday on Meta mobile app
Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Accounts Center.
Tap Personal details.
Tap Birthday, then tap Edit next to your birthday.
Use the arrows to change the Month, Day and Year.
Tap Save, then tap Confirm.
