Can't change birthdate on son's account

I typo'd and put the wrong birthdate for my son's account and now he is a "child" account. I need to change it to be correctly as teen, but the site will not let me change it. Also, when I try to contact support (as it gives me a link to) it errors and goes to "page not found". When contacting support they say there is absolutely nothing they can do (?!)

All I want is to correct the birthdate -- reset the date, so I can change it or something! 

If I can't do this, I want to turn off parental supervision, but I can't do that either! I am highly frustrated. please help

I’m having the same issues. I inputted the wrong birthdate, fearing scammers.. I wish to change or start over.. my occulas is useless

This is an absolute joke I'm having the same issue.

My son now can't buy his shiny rocks as he did before or join gorrila tag games with game codes.

All this has stopped working because I accidentally got the date of birth wrong.

I didn't even want to make a parent account.

It goes to let me change his date of birth then says I need to speak with customer services.

For a tech company that can't change a basic age for a user.

All accounts under the age of 13 must be a child account and must have a parent/guardian account linked to it for security purposes. Please see attached a handy article detailing what the parent accounts can do here.

I have had this issue for a few weeks and customer service is really poor. Apperentyly they can not change the account to enable date of birth change which meas you have to wait until the date becomes 13 or start a new account which means losing all the good money spent on games, friendships lost and an absolute banging head against a wall with them saying 'we appreciate your frustration'

Absolute joke and making sure everyone knows how bad there service is. I intend getting in touch with trading standards as this only occurred after an update and us mere mortals should not be left out of pocket by one of the most profitable companies in the world
