A few days ago, my email/Facebook/Instagram was hacked. I have since regained access to my Meta account, but the hacker has changed the email address. I am unable to revert the email address back as I receive an error message when I try. Because of this, the hacker can continually reset the password on my Meta account. How can I resolve this?
