Can't change pfp to something from camera roll

I've been trying to change my pfp from the oculus app but it won't work and it just shows a gray screen and says camera roll then if you click on a picture that is just gray it won't work.

Hiya, @DarkNessH7! Thank you so much for providing us with those screenshots of the errors you've been experiencing. We'd like to requests that you please submit a bug report so that our engineers are aware and can take a deeper dive into this matter! For the best results, we recommend using a PC or Laptop instead of a mobile device. 

 

With a different device ( PC or laptop) we suggest trying the following the steps to change your profile picture.

  1. Visit: https://accountscenter.meta.com/profiles
  2. Click your "Meta Horizon" profile
  3. Click the bottom option where it shows your username and "Meta Horizon"
  4. Ensure "Sync profile info" is disabled
  5. Disable "Sync profile info" for other profiles as well
  6. Open your "Meta Horizon" profile again and select "Profile Picture"
  7. Click "Upload new photo"
  8. Choose a new profile picture to upload

Thank you for the update! Would you be able to try the steps using a PC or Laptop by chance? You should have the option to change the profile Picture, but the option is clearly not there in the screenshot you sent. If you are able to test on a non mobile device that would be great. Regardless, please send us a direct message from our Profile Page by selecting "send a message" and we would love to look into this further.
