Can't connect Oculus to PC

My Oculus doesn't connect to my PC, I have tried to navigate the Oculus menus and the phone app just to find some sort of setting to help me, It's all so confusing now

To help us get a better grasp of what might be causing this for you and ensure a seamless connection process from here, we'd like you to go through the following questions:

 

  • Have you checked to ensure your PC meets the standard requirements to use Meta Quest Link? If not, go through this article to ensure everything looks correct!
  • Are you trying to use Air Link or a Link cable to connect your headset to your PC? If you haven't already, please follow the steps in the respective article to get that connection working.
  • What error message or issue do you run into when trying to connect your headset to the PC?

I'm not trying to use any sort of linking thing, I just want to find the Oculus via file explorer. No error message pops up.

 

Hey @AaLahVahr 

 

To be able to access the Oculus via File Explorer, could you please ensure that the device is connected to your Windows PC via a  USB-C or Quest Link cable?

 

Once the connection is established, you can locate the device from File Explorer.

I cannot see it still, I have no idea what the issue could be, I have everything correct
