Can't connect my Meta Horizon to Instagram

Hello, i seem to be able to connect my Meta Horizon accout to Facebook.
But i am unable to connect to my Instagram account, could it be because i'm using the same email address on my Horizon and Instagram?

I have 2FA activated on my Instagram, but whenever i send the correct code it just says "sorry, there was a problem with your request". This happens even when using recovery/backup code and code from SMS as well.
