Can’t connect my instagram to Facebook

I’ve have been trying to connect my Facebook to my instagram but it always says “error on our end.” I have tried reach out to support since August 2024 and haven’t heard anything. It says connect on Facebook but on instagram it doesn’t and when I try to connect it then the “error on our end” message pops up.
