Can't connect to Air Link since last update

Haesis
Honored Guest

Hello, I haven't used my headset for about a year. Yesterday, when I was using it, Air Link was working perfectly. However, today, after the update, I'm unable to connect using Air Link. The PC is detected, but nothing happens when I press the Air Link button except for an error message prompting me to restart the application through the Beta section of the PC app. Additionally, I'm experiencing Wi-Fi drops every 10 minutes according to the headset, which doesn't happen to any of my other devices.

I already tried every solutions I've found on Reddit, YouTube and here. Please help, thanks in advance.

Hey there @Haesis, connection issues with Air Link is not something we want anyone to have to deal with. And we would love to assist with these matters!

First, the most common cause we see regarding Air Link connection issues when after launching the connection is GPU drivers being out of date, so we believe its important to double check your GPU drivers just to be sure you have the latest. For Nvidia drivers, make sure you have the latest "Game Ready" drivers. Next, if you have not, could you please try re-installing the PC app?

If you are still having issues, please reach out to us over PM, or to our support channels so we can collect some information about your PC and assist better regarding your specific case. We hope to hear from you soon.

Hey again @Haesis! We wanted to reach out and ask if you had the opportunity to test out the suggested steps? GPU drivers being out of date is a common fix for these issues and we would love to review further if those do not help out. Just let us know!
