I’m unable to use my VR as every time I start it it comes up and asks me to setup my meta account and horizon profile but when I go in to do it it says I already have an account. It then comes up with a code to connect my headset but when I put that it it says it cant connect to the headset. I’m going around in circles !

Something that has been working perfectly has been uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please try to access with your email address to which you have linked your Facebook account.
