Can't connect to quest 2 via odh or app

I had dev mode enabled and it sort of still is, i can access unknown sources and dev settings but adb doesn't detect any devices and sidequest say dev mode needs to be enabled. It used to connect to the app, but now it wont and i tried downloading and trying odh to but after i select the device it just loads and the app will say to enter a code that doesn't exist. Restarted both several times, are on the same wifi, have Bluetooth enabled, and have an organization with 2fa enabled. The main oculus link app says that it can detect it when its plugged in

Same problem. Ive work with ODH for over a year and had no issues until last week. It does not see my headset, even though I've been logged in many times before. Using Quest link I can test inside the unity engine but can not deploy an APK. Inside the unity build setting window, my quest is not recognized in the "run device" box. In ODH I select "add device" and my headset is visible but when I try to select I get the error: "connecting to headset has failed. If the issue persists, try restarting ODH." I've restated, uninstall the oculus apps and reinstalled. I have a windows 10 PC. Ive also experienced the same problems on a window 11 PC and Mac.
