Brooo, I can't connect my phone to my headset. I feel like I've done everything that I can to try and connect it, and it just won't. I followed the tips on the meta support thingy, but it still won't work. I did a factory reset on the headset too, but to no avail, it still doesn't work. The headset I just got is absolutely brand new and I jistvreally wanna play on it. Someone pleaseee help me, I feel like I've lost hope in ever getting to use this thing, and it's upsetting 😔.

After a full factory reset and I deleted the app and re installed is working ok for now THANK YOU

same things happening with me. ive tried everything. reinstalling, factory resetting (multiple times btw), clearing the bluetooth cache, and many other solutions. still didnt work. all i got was bull**bleep** from the support team.

Same bro, I literally couldn't fix anything, im just stuck at the "pair new headset" part of the setup, and it just won't work for me 😕

bought today was working fine now same although paired can’t view?
