Just bought a new Meta Quest 3 this weekend and created my account and was able to add the device to my app on my iPhone. Then my wife created her profile, added it to the quest 3 and is able to play games, make purchases, etc. but when trying to add the Quest 3 to her app on her phone it never displays the 5 digit code. I went to settings and about to get the code as I read here and it sees the headset, but when I enter the code the app says “Something went wrong”. If I switch back to my profile on the headset, my app attacks fine and I can cast to my app. We’ve tried multiple time and have been unable to add the headset when her profile is active.

Only the primary account can be paired to a phone.
