Can't create child account

Hello,

So last year I purchased myself a quest device.

We have so much fun as a family and after seeing a child account can be created for children 10-12 I have decided to by my daughter one for Christmas this year.

I have gone to set it up so it's ready for her to play when she opens it Christmas day but I'm having a problem adding a supervised child account.

Sh was 10 in March this year so I go to family account settings select add 10-12 year account, the next page asks for date of birth. When I add this it's says there was a problem with the information provided.

How I'm a meant to set her up with a account?

• Name as it appears on the Account or Meta account tabs
• Email Address
