Can't disconnect parental controls

I want to disconnect the parental controls for an account. When I click on supervision and  then the account, it says that something went wrong and links me back to previous page. So frustrating as we can't access the feature that we want without disconnecting the account.

Hey there, @Crippsa! We definitely want for you to be able to control the destiny of your account, as long as you are of the appropriate age (13+) to do so! We have a support page that shows two separate ways to unlink your account from the supervising parent account here.

 This is what ai see after I click on parental supervision. I also get an error message when I go to the browser link.

I've also tried on both Android and IPhone devices, different browsers, Incognito mode and with and without my wifi data.

Thanks for taking the time to reach back out with that screenshot. We can take a look if you can reply with the following info:

1. The first and last name on the Meta account you are trying to unlink
2. The username/alias of that account
3. The email address of that account
