I've recently encountered an issue with the oculus quest app were I found out that my developer mode on my quest was not on my quest app so I switched on developer mode on my quest app, but instead of switching on, It just displayed a red banner on the bottom of the screen saying "We're having problems loading this please try again."
If anyone has a solution to this problem you are all welcome (also meta)

Hey there, @Thebananasplitz82! We hate to hear that Developer Mode is causing problems. We know how important it is to be able to use Developer Mode without issues, and we want to be sure to point you in the right direction!
While we are limited to the tools available for developer mode here on the forums, we can provide you with this link to the Developer Support Page. Once there, they will have more tools available to better assist you!
