Can't exit the Oculus app

Everytime I exit the Oculus app it starts up again and my rift turns on. How do I stop this from happening?

is there anything that might be keeping it on besides the application? Maybe malware that it keeping it from shutting off or an anti virus that keeps turning it on? 

What we can try is manually deleting everything that has to do with the application to make sure that it isnt something withint the application that isnt runnaing up to speed:

  • Disconnect your computer from the internet.
  • Backup any necessary content.
  • Reboot into Safe Mode.
  • Uninstall Oculus Home using the Control Panel.
  • Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:
    • C:\Program Files
  • Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
    • C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
  • Restart your computer in normal mode.
  • Reconnect your computer to the internet.
  • Install Oculus Home again using the setup tool from our website here.

Hello I followed the steps here. then it worked. Until i launched a game then it crashed and continued doing this again please help i just want to play on my quest and its been 3 hours
