Can't find my Ocuclus Quest 2 in my file exlorer

hi,

I want to transfer files on to my Quest 2, but i cant find it anywhere. The headset is connected, i can even go on Quest link. When i go to exject devices , the headset is there. But no where to be found in the file explorer.

When i turn on my headset and connect it to my pc, the prompt of debugging it, or asking me to allow the files to transfer, doesn't show. And also doesnt show in the notifications

I have tried enabling the developer mode, but its not in the settings on the headset, and on the mobile app i cant go in to the settings of the headset. 

My headset is connected to my PC with the usb c cable.

 

Can someone help me? I have been stuck for quite a while.

By any chance, did you receive a popup on your PC when you initially connected your headset? If you denied it, you might need to perform a factory reset on your device to make it appear again. Let us know, and we'll help you out!
