I have been trying to get a resolution to a situation with the MetaQuest 2 for a month now and the customer support emails have been going around in circles with no resolution. I tried calling the phone number provided to me by Meta AI and it is disconnected (?!). I need a way to contact someone besides email. The email is not working.
