Can't get past Health and Safety during iOS setup for oculus go

Help has suggested factory reset. iOS isn't offering me a prior version of the app. How do I get past this in the set up?

@lunawolf15  the support bots have no idea what they're talking about.  You'll need to follow the instructions in this thread and borrow an android phone or tablet to get it to work.

We don't have any android phones in my house. There is really no option to make this work with a computer or iphone?

@lunawolf15 you could try the MDQH tools, but I'm not sure if this will work.
