Can't get past blue meta logo

I've tried to factory reset my device numerous times and it does not solve the problem. I get the green loading bar, which goes back to the blue logo.  I can't use the headset settings from the iPhone app because it will not connect to the headset. It's been two weeks and I have not been able to use my headset. I've searched the community but it suggests doing a factory reset and it does not work. I did notice that my device info says its status is locked. So I'm not sure if that's part of the problem. Please help.

If it says "locked" you'll most likely need help from support to solve that.

Open a suppot ticket 

scroll down the page to "contact support" or send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

Hey, hey! Thanks @Choleni for helping @WolfeRedX get pointed in the right direction! @WolfeRedX, it seems like you have been locked out of you device. We can definitely lend you a hand with that! The solution that would best fix your issue would be to factory reset your device. Follow these steps to complete the factory reset.

 

Factory reset your headset:

  • Turn off your headset.
  • Hold the power and volume down (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory reset and press the power button.
  • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

If these steps do not work for you, we would also love a screenshot of the exact "device lock" screen your getting once you try to do the Factory Data Reset. This will help us to get a better scope of your issue. Hope to hear back from you soon.
