Can't get "Halcyon" to run, everything else fine

It goes to black after the first couple credits, then never recovers. Music keeps playing, and I've waited all the way until the music ends.

Things I've tried: rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling Halcyon, updating graphics driver, redoing Oculus setup.
