Can't install Beat Saber since factory reset

Had to do a factory reset after my Quest and I tried to re-install Beat Saber. It is did the download and then suck saying "installing." I cancelled the install and tried Pistol Whip and that installed. I've restarted the Beat Saber install (there is 43Gb free) and again it has just stopped saying "installing" for over an hour.

So it is literally the first (and now 2nd) app I've installed after a factory reset, so what else can I try.

For anyone else hitting this. I literally just kept rebooting and retrying and eventally after something like the 5th time it worked.
