Hi, I’m writing this to ask for any help. My Quest one isn’t allowing me to download games. At first i figured it was a WiFi problem but that was quickly proven wrong. I even factory reset it hoping that would fix it, but that’s done more harm than good. I’m now stuck with a VR headset no games downloaded. I understand it’s old but the games I’m wanting to download are available for my headset. I’ve taken very good care of it, no damage except the thing to tighten the straps has broke.
I hope there is a way to resolve this, especially since this is no where near my fault.
i am having the same issue and i tried the same factory reset and have nothing as well oculus quest original user please help
