So I tried sending this to support but that wasn't much help, so I'll ask here. After talking with a support member through email, I had to manually uninstall and reinstall Oculus Home as a means of fixing my headset restarting all USB connected devices whenever the HDMI cable was plugged in. This solution, however, did not work and left me unable to install any Oculus apps through Oculus home. Whenever I click install on an app, it "installs" and when it finishes, when I hover over the game it doesn't show a play icon but instead shows the install icon again. I checked the software folder in the Oculus Apps folder and it was empty, however the staging folder had the game in it (I don't know why). Can anybody help me resolve this problem?
I'm seeing errors that could be network connection related or anti-virus/security/firewall blocking. It may be best to submit a support ticket so we can look into this further. Thanks. https://support.oculus.com/
