Can't load the game / parts of the game

Hello! So recently this has been happening on my Quest 2:

- when I try to open FitXR application, I am immediately stuck on the loading screen; it loads forever and I can't enter the game

- in Beat Saber, I am able to play the basic songs, but when I try to load and play one of the songs from the bundles I purchased (like Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons etc.), the window on the right side also keeps loading and it never loads, and I don't get the button to play that song

- meanwhile, some other games I am able to play normally

What I tried so far: I tried updating and unistalling/reinstalling mentioned games that I am experiencing problems with, but it didn't help, the exact same problems still occur.

What I haven't tried yet: doing the factory reset on my Quest 2 device.

Has anyone experienced this? What may be causing these problems? Are there other possible solutions to try? I can try the factory reset, but I wanted to ask for your thoughts first.

Hey there!

Really sorry for the trouble you've been having with FitXR here. I've managed to dig through your profile a little and can't see anything obviously concerning that would be causing issues.

Would you mind dropping me an email to with the following so we can take a look for you:

  • Device type
  • Device firmware version
  • Whether any updates are showing as being available for FitXR
  • The type of internet connection you're using
  • Whether you've tried any other connection types (i.e. if you usually use WiFi, whether you've tried mobile data, etc)
  • When you were last able to access FitXR (I have a date on this my side, but want to double check with you)

As I said above, I'm having issues with other games at well, so the problem may be with my device somehow, not with FitXR specifically, but any help is welcome of course 🙂 Will send an email soon, cheers

  • Have all the games with these issues been downloaded and installed on the headset and the Meta platform?
  • Can you let us know which games you're experiencing these loading issues with?
  • When did this start?
    • Were there any changes to your network or play environment?
  • Are the loading issues only within games, or do you see this in the home environment as well?

Hello! Thank you for your help 🙂

I am now able to play all the games and the additional bundles in Beat Saber etc., so the problem seems to be solved. I am not sure how honestly and what happened in the meantime. Maybe some automatic update which resolved the issue? I don't know 🙂
