I've been unable to download updates and keep getting an firsttimenux error when starting the headset. I found the following thread, with a possible solution. It looks like it requires action on your end. Can you help?
Solution found. Oculus support were excellent. Turns out the problem was that two accounts were accidentally created and this was confusing the system. OS unlinked both accounts and provided a password reset link for the correct one. Once this was carried out the problem was solved. However there is some limitations: mainly playing online, joining friends/groups etc. This will be resolved one the Oculus Account login is rolled out in August.

My issue has not been resolved. I copied what appears to have been the resolution to someone else, which required intervention by Meta Support, in the hopes that you would apply the same fix to my account. Can you do so?
