Can't log in after wake, controllers won't wake up, no hand tracking.

I'd be playing a game and then take the headset off to look up someone on the computer. But then when I put the headset back on, I'm stuck at the log in screen. There's no hand tracking and there's no response from the controllers. Only solution is to reboot.

Hey there @LDDMeta! Thanks for taking the time to reach back out with that info! If this is just happening in the one game, we would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling that game. If it continues after doing that, we would recommend reaching out to the game's developer to let them know what you are seeing so they can look into a fix.

Hi there, @LDDMeta! Getting your VR gameplay back on track is imperative to us, so we wanted to pop in to provide some assistance! In order for us to get a better idea of this situation overall, please clarify, what specific headset model do you have with us? Also, does this issue happen with every game or just one? Has this issue ever not happened; when did it begin? Lastly, do you happen to be using your headset connected to a PC for PCVR gaming or are you using your headset in standalone mode? Let us know and we can continue from there!

The game I was playing at the time was I Expect You To Die 3. And as it turns out, it doesn't happen all the time. In other words, I don't exactly know what triggers it or how to reproduce the problem.  I don't know how to find the exact model number, but I do have a serial number, 2G0YC5ZG0S03X0. And lastly, it's possible the headset was connected to a PC.
