I'd be playing a game and then take the headset off to look up someone on the computer. But then when I put the headset back on, I'm stuck at the log in screen. There's no hand tracking and there's no response from the controllers. Only solution is to reboot.

If it continues after doing that, we would recommend reaching out to the game's developer to let them know what you are seeing so they can look into a fix.

Has this issue ever not happened; when did it begin? Lastly, do you happen to be using your headset connected to a PC for PCVR gaming or are you using your headset in standalone mode? The game I was playing at the time was I Expect You To Die 3. And as it turns out, it doesn't happen all the time. In other words, I don't exactly know what triggers it or how to reproduce the problem. I don't know how to find the exact model number, but I do have a serial number, 2G0YC5ZG0S03X0. And lastly, it's possible the headset was connected to a PC.
