Can't log in my meta account!

I get a new computer recently and when I try to log in with my old meta account, it just keeps telling me that  my email address or my password is incorrecet. I tried to use the verify code from my mail box to log in but it still shows that message.

 Then i tried to change mail address setting on my phone, it didn't work. And I tried to change my password using my quest 3, and it logged out my meta account on all my old device.And now every time I tried to log in it just says my email or password is incorrect.

what can i do?

this is happening to me as well all so at 1st not getting authentication code thru sms now like this can some one help i message metaquestsupport like yesterday they said it will be fix still the same my headset is useless now
