I had to create a whole new account just to post this message. I’ve had an account since 2021 but hadn’t used my Oculus for a bit. When I try to log in through the app or through a browser, I keep getting an error message. My Oculus is updated to the latest version, my app is updated, I haven’t changed anything about my Facebook account in a long time, but I can’t sign in and therefore I can’t use my Oculus. Is this a known issue or just an issue with me?

Currently there is an issue where users get this message, but it's because they can't migrate their accounts. Have you been able to migrate your Oculus account to a Meta account successfully?
You can send your response to Social Support through a PM as they'll need your account information to look into it and further assist you.
