I use an Oculus Quest at work. the first one. We have several headsets that we set up using our work email. We used to log into our Oculus account (I think that's how it worked). I can log into the Meta app and here on the forum, but when I try to connect the headset, it just says that no email is linked to that account—even though I'm already logged in.
I tried connecting my personal Facebook account to the work Oculus account just to be able to log in, but it still doesn’t work.
I understand that the option to log in with an Oculus account has been removed, but why doesn’t it work when I’ve linked it to Facebook? This seems like it should be a common issue, but I can’t find an easy solution online.
