I recently tried using my headset again after a long time, and it is requiring me to re sign in to an old facebook account that I used for it. I have the password, however I get stuck when it asks me to use the authenticator app. It was about a year ago when I enabled 2FA, so I do not remember which device and which authenticator app I used to log in. Is there any other way I can log in or get help from staff?

Just to confirm, are you not able to login to your account because you no longer have access to an authenticator app or the phone number associated to your 2FA? If so, we would like for you to send us a private message. To do so, simply click on our name to access our profile page or click on the provided link.
