Can't login because of tfa

Every time I try to log in I have to go through tfa but I can't use my phone number or recovery code. I have had the account for about 2 years and I have no access to it (except for my quest 2) I would like to have an email or a notification sent to me through Facebook. The account I'm typing on is not the account in question the account is foxoffay With the name julius if anybody can help me out it would be helpful.

BTW I typed this in a rush sorry for any mistakes.

Hey there! Thank you for providing the experience you're having with your issues with your 2 factor code? Would this be for using your Quest device? This is not the experience I want you to have with us and want to provide some assistance. 

However, if this has to do with your Facebook account only you will need to get connected with Facebook Help Center.

Hey, my issue is that I have no access to my meta account and, I have no way to use TFA because the phone number that is connected is to 2fa deactivated and I don't have a security code saved. I was seeing if i could get a code or something to help me log in sent to the email or Facebook connected to it because i have access to them.

Thank you very much the account I have is very important to me I'm pretty sure you just saved it, yet again thank you!

They will be able to get you back in the VR world as soon as possible. However they won't be able to send this to you Facebook account. They only help with VR Meta accounts for your VR device.

Yes! If this is only a Facebook account issue you will need to get connected with the Facebook Help Center
