So, I’m trying to login with another account on the Oculus Quest 2 for one of my family members. The problem is whenever I try to login in, it says it has no Wi-Fi even though when I check if I’m connected it says I am. I’ve tried resetting the headset and waiting for a little bit. It still hasn’t worked.

We recommend using RouteThis Helps, an app for your iOS or Android phone or tablet, to help diagnose your Wi-Fi issues. Please complete the steps below to do so.

If you still can't connect to Wi-Fi, please us send a private message due to the potential of dealing with private and sensitive information. In the top right of the RouteThis Helps app, find Your Key and include this key code in your Support request.
