Can’t make or join calls on Quest

I just had this problem like 3 days ago and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I searched this online and there were no results. I ask on Reddit and someone had the same problem since January.

 yes I know how to make a call it’s just whenever I try to make one or join one an error pops up
