The link the agent posted doesn't even pull up an updated support guide.
This needs to be re-implemented -> It's ridiculous you can't pair multiple devices.

Hey there! First we would like to apologize for the confusion earlier, we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Your Meta Quest 2 can only be paired to one mobile device at a time, as our previous agent stated. We see you're unable to unpair your device at this time. We wanted to know what error message you're seeing when trying to unpair your device. We do have a couple of things we would like for you to verify:
- Power off and then back on again. If unable to power off the headset normally hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
If after trying all these steps seem to not bring any fruitful results, then please Create a Support Ticket, this way we will be able to look deeper into what is causing this issue. We got your back!

Agreed, this is a pretty significant limitation. This is a terrible design. When I first setup the Oculus, I used my child's tablet, where I had the app installed. Got it paired using the code that appeared in the headset. He's been using the Oculus for about a week, and everything's great. My son is out of town at the moment, and I'd like to use the Oculus and installed SideQuest. For this, I need to enable developer mode. So, I installed the Meta app on my phone, turned on the Oculus, and attempted to connect/pair my phone with the Oculus. No go. No code shows up in the headset. I get the pairing code from the "Settings/About" section of the Oculus, and enter that into the app. "Sorry, this Oculus is already paired with another account." What? I can't connect my phone/app to the Oculus, because it has been connected to my son's tablet? Consequently, I can't enable dev mode. This is ridiculuous, having to factory reset the Oculus just to be able to pair it with my phone.
