Hi,
After all the previous furore of sorting out my child's VR account and his device, we've had a couple of months of trouble free gaming - until today. He's asked for Taskmaster VR.
Sent me the request via his app.
I open the request and under App access I click Purchase.
"Complete this purchase for... in the Meta Horizon store".
Click on Go to Store
Get the "Purchase as a gift" message from my meta account to my son's meta account
Click Next
Enter my pin number and check my payment method
Tick the box to confirm that Meta will make the content available immediately
Click Confirm
It just spins around and does nothing or comes up with a message to say "Your request couldn't be pr... There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can."
Click OK and just back to the spinning wheel and nothing happens
