Can't purchase a game on sale because of something "unusual"

I wanted to buy ghosts of tabor on sale for $18.00 so I tried to buy it and then my request was denied for "unusual activity". I thought it was something with a card so I bought myself a gift card for $18.00 and tried to use my store credit to buy ghosts of tabor without any connection to my credit card and got denied for the same "unusual activity". Now the sale is soon to be over before I can get any help, and I was wondering if I could get any fix for this or get the game somehow before the sale ends. Is there any way to refund the gift card? I bought it solely to get the game on sale before the sale ends (Which will be over by the time I get any help). I'm never buying anything from Meta again, someone please help me.
