Hi, We have a meta quest 2 which we have successfully purchased apps in the past however this past week I have attempted to purchase in-app purchases and also some games but I receive the message “we’re having trouble completing your request. Please try again”. I have tried to purchase via my iPhone, iPad and on the headset itself, all with the same error message. I have tried using wifi, 5g mobile network, different wifi, updating my payment method, logging in and out of the headset but all with the same message. I have checked the app and headset for updates but all are up to date.
Please assist as it is becoming frustrating as nothing seems to work.
